Founder & Director

Mr. King retired in 2005 from Deutsche Bank Asset Management where he was Global Head of Real Estate for Deutsche Bank Asset Management after the bank purchased RREEF, the real estate investment management business where Don had served as managing partner since 1988.  He graduated from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce in 1962 and from Harvard Business School in 1970.  He served on active duty as a junior officer in the United States Navy.  Don currently teaches a real estate course at the McIntire School and is a past Chairman of the Thomas Jefferson Foundation, the organization that owns and operates Monticello, the home of Thomas Jefferson.
