ASHLEIGH PIVONKA

From February 2024, Mrs. Pivonka served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney primarily focused on combating fraud and social security fraud in particular. Mrs. Pivonka was engaged in the private practice of law from 2015 to 2024 where she focused on transactional work, including residential and commercial real estate closings, estate planning and administration, and small business planning, including succession planning. She graduated from the University of Virginia with her B.A. in Political Philosophy, Policy, and Law in 2010 and her J.D. in 2015.
